The process
Search our parts range by name, model or part code. Click "Add to cart" on any item to add it to your quote cart. You can add as many items as you need across all categories.
Open your quote cart, enter your name and email, and hit "Request price for all items". We will receive your full list with quantities and get back to you with pricing and availability.
We will reply with pricing for everything on your list. Once you confirm, we arrange payment and dispatch. We ship parts across New Zealand.
Your parts are on their way. If you need help identifying or fitting something, just get in touch and we will help.
Do you ship across New Zealand?
Yes. We ship parts to customers across all of New Zealand. Shipping costs are confirmed when we reply with your quote.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the parts ordered. We will give you an honest estimate when we confirm your order. We do not promise overnight delivery.
I don't know which part I need. Can you help?
Absolutely. Just contact us with your vacuum model and describe what you need. We will identify the correct part for you before you order.
The part I need isn't listed. Can you still get it?
Quite possibly. Send us the part number or a description and we will check whether we can source it. Many unlisted parts are still available on request.
