These terms apply whenever you buy from, or use, allthingsvacuum.co.nz ("the site"), operated by All Things Vacuum in New Zealand. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
We sell genuine Pacvac vacuum parts and accessories. Product descriptions, images and compatibility information are provided in good faith and are as accurate as we can make them, but exact appearance may vary slightly between production batches.
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout — we never see or store your card details. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We ship within New Zealand. A flat delivery fee of $10 applies, waived on orders over $100. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.
See our Returns Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
To the extent permitted by law, All Things Vacuum's liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
