All Things Vacuum ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use allthingsvacuum.co.nz, why we collect it, and how it's handled, in line with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
When you place an order, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, shipping address, billing address and phone number as part of checkout. When you contact us or request a quote, we collect the details you provide (name, email, phone, message).
We do not collect or store your card details at any point — payment is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see your full card number.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and not used to personally identify you.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your order and contact details are only shared with the service providers needed to run our business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), and Google (analytics, and Merchant Center for the product listings you see on Google Shopping — this only includes product data, never your personal information).
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to request a correction. To do either, email sales@allthingsvacuum.co.nz.
